Bill Southworth
Builder Capital is led by Bill Southworth, its Founding Principal. Mr. Southworth is a native of Arizona and has been a real estate investor for more than 20 years. In 1991, Mr. Southworth helped launched one of the Southwest’s largest real estate investment companies and served as CFO and COO during his tenure. Over that time, he managed a $200 million portfolio of land assets, which included lot banking deals and development opportunities. He is deeply experienced in finance, accounting, audit and tax reporting for real estate land development and investment. Previously, Mr. Southworth worked at Western Savings and Loan and he has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and the Five Arts Council. Mr. Southworth is a graduate of Arizona State University with a B.S. in Finance.
Ryan Tittus
Ryan joined Builder Capital in September 2022 as a Senior Associate. He is responsible for evaluating new business opportunities, asset management, and investor reporting. Prior to Builder Capital, Ryan was a Structured Finance Associate at Churchill Real Estate. During his time at Churchill, he invested over $5bn in residential whole loans through warehouse lending facilities and helped the firm issue its first business purpose loan securitization. Before joining Churchill, Ryan worked at Man Group for 4 years as an Analyst on their US Residential Equity and European Commercial Real Estate Debt teams in both Charlotte and London. Ryan graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a B.S. in Economics.
Renee Fitzmorris
Renee joined Builder Capital in October 2020 as the Director of Accounting and Operations. Her duties include leading the accounting, cash management and reporting activities of the firm, along with overseeing general business operations. She has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience in private equity, higher education and public accounting. Ms. Fitzmorris is a graduate of James Madison University with a B.B.A. in Accounting and received her M.B.A. from George Washington University. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
Alan Lancaster
Alan joined Builder Capital in November 2021 in the Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management position. He is responsible for project management including acquisitions, valuations, asset management and reporting. He has a 35-year Executive background in the banking industry, the finance industry supporting homebuilders and as financial officer and operations with several regional homebuilders. Alan graduated the University of Richmond with a B.A. in Music and received an MBA from the College of William and Mary, with concentration in finance with honors, Member Beta Gamma Sigma, MBA honor society.
Stanley Wuu
Stan provides analytical support for Builder Capital. His responsibilities include acquisitions, business development, and strategic projects. Stan has over 7 years of real estate, capital markets, and finance experience, and has invested over $1.0 billion in real estate assets across the U.S. Stan is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with M.S. and B.S. degrees in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Andy Stone
Andy provides analytical and transactional support for Builder Capital, LLC. He has over 10 years of experience and has invested in over $1.0 billion of real estate as a principal in his career. Mr. Stone is a graduate of Arizona State University with a B.S. in Economics and Finance and received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
Beth Southworth
Beth oversees daily operational functions as Project Manager. She has 10 years of experience with a prominent Real Estate Development company, as General Manager for master-planned golf communities, luxury condominium and commercial properties. She graduated from Hollins University with a B.A. in Political Science. She supports Historic Annapolis and the National Marine Sanctuary Foundation.
